SHIPPING POLICY

What You Need to Know

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. 


Please allow 7 working days processing time for personalised orders as each item is personalised by hand. 


Standard Delivery Royal Mail - £4.45 - 2-4 working days ( this is not a guaranteed delivery time,  at busy times this can take longer. Harrison Wood is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail)


Standard Delivery Royal Mail for orders £30 and under  - £2.95  - 2-4 working days ( this is not a guaranteed delivery time,  at busy times this can take longer,  Harrison Wood are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail)


Click and Collect 

Click and Collect Service is available from our address in Torquay.  

International Shipping 

International Delivery - £15.00  - 7-10 days (this is not a guaranteed delivery time,  once the delivery reaches the destination country it will be dealt with by the local postal service,  Harrison Wood is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail,  the local postal service or any hold up due to customs).

RETURNS

The Small Print

We at Harrison Wood understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and so we are happy to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from us. 


We will arrange a refund, provided that the product(s) are returned complete in the original packaging. If you are returning a bag, please make sure you include the slim, leather strap that comes with the bag!


Please note that we are unable to accept any returns of non-faulty Personalised items.


It is the customers responsibility to pay the return cost.  We recommend using Royal Mail “Signed For” service or similar service and to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. 

Faulty Items 

All our bags have a 6 month guarantee. If within this period you find a fault with your product, we will either offer a repair or replacement. 


You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of postage up to a maximum of £3.50 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect.


Exchanges


If you wish to exchange a purchase, please return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item.


Please get in touch with us at  harrisonwooduk@hotmail.com  whereby we will provide the return address details. 

Personalised Items 

All items are personalised in upper case letters using either gold foil embossing or blind debossing. 

Blind debossing is where no foil is used and the letters are embossed onto the leather creating an indentation. Please note that debossing onto dark colours will be very subtle. 

Each product is personalised by hand to order; therefore  there may be slight variations in the finish.

Please note that due to the textured surface of the leather, small breaks may appear in the foil printing.

Please allow 7 working days for personalisation orders to be despatched. 

As our personalised items are custom made for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges (unless they are faulty), so please check you are happy with your personalisation options before placing your order.

Harrison Wood are not responsible for spelling mistakes made when the order is placed.
